Well constructed
For my application the flexible shaft created a bit of a problem, rather than being a plus. I ended up needing to remove the chimney pipe and lay it down on my deck outside in order to shove the brush through the 2 bends in my pipe. It did the job but was more work than I expected.

This worked very well on my pellet stove pipe. It was just the right length and was very sturdy.

It’s exactly what I expected
I Haven’t tried it out yet. I don’t see how it wouldn’t work as it’s a simple design and seems to be of good quality.

The flexible line is a little too flexible.
When using the product, it tends to bunch up once it's a few fit into the pipe. I think it'd be absolutely perfect it the line wasn't so flexible. So if you have a short pipe, it'll be fine. But anything more than about 3 feet, it won't go any further.

Too flimsy
The cleaning head is good, however, the handle I found it to be too flexible, making it very difficult to push up the chimney. I wasn’t able to get it in deep because it’s too thin and too flexible.

Tough and does the job
Perfect for scrubbing the pellet stove chimney assembly. Sturdy strong and doesn’t get stuck or twist in the pipe!

Flimsy and worthless
This cleaner is pretty much worthless. It will only go into a 3 inch pipe about 2 feet. The springy handle is not stiff enough to push it any further. Had to purchase another one with a stiff fiberglass rod to be able to clean my pellet stove pipe. Buy something else.
