This must be the finest spurtle on Amazon. It fits perfectly in the hand, has great length to thickness ratio that provides sufficient strength for the leverage. I spurtle my sourdough starter and this is long enough to reach the bottom of a litre jar and spurtling takes about half the time of mixing with a spoon or spatula and much less effort. It is so efficient at mixing, cleans up easily and looks beautiful. I know that the spurtle chooses the buyer and not the other way round, but press buy it now and see for yourself. When the waiter asks "still or spurtling", I will always choose spurtling from now on. since i got this my porridge has been creamy and lump freea lot better than wooden spoon

The picture shows three Spurtles, at a price of £7.99. This seemed to be the cheapest way to buy them, as similar items were around £3 for a single item. I needed 12 for a project (I'm cutting them down to use as hat pegs), so I ordered 4 and paid £31.96. They arrived today, and there were only 4 single items in the package. Had the picture shown only one, I would never have paid that price. Straight back to sender without even bothering to unpack.
