I have 3 dogs that require limited ingredient diets that are not packed with plants like potatoes. I've found that the more plants they eat, the more of their food goes right through them, which tells me that the food isn't nutritious. I gave this food a try for my Cattle Dog, and she licked her bowl clean. She also had a reduced amount of poop since her body absorbs the nutrients. Because of this successful result, I tried the food with my other two dogs, and they also had perfect responses to it.Overall, this food is very expensive for the amount in the bag. So I mix it with a great air-dried, raw food that my dogs also enjoy. I want to keep them healthy so that they have long lives, and a healthy diet is a huge part of this formula.

I started using this food a few years ago and within a short period of time, my old chi chi began showing improved health, energy and improved coat. They like it, too.

I use this as a treat for training. My dog loves 2 things. To fetch and these treats. He has a hard decision to make to give up the ball or to take the treat.

My dog has chicken, rice, and corn allergies. This fit the bill and she loves it. Since the cubes are large for her, I make a batch for 3-4 days, let it soak and mix it up briefly with a stick blender, then put it in 1/2 cup containers. I keep them in the fridge, then take one out and heat 30 seconds in microwave, add a bit more water when serving. Easy for a picky eater! It is pricy though! Glad she’s only 13 lbs!
