I have purchased many tools for easing tight muscles and stiff neck pain. This is hands down the best little tool I have ever bought. I have let several family members try it out and they too are impressed at how effective and easy it is to use. My biggest complaint with most handheld self massagers is the inability to relax while using it, the fact that this grips to your hand allows me to easily roll my stiffness away. I am truly impressed, if you can’t already tell!

I've had fibromyalgia for decades and it's been out of control lately due to stress. I had bought a pricy fascia blaster but it's hard to remember to use it. It's also long and awkward and I'm better if I have something nearby (I can just do while engaged in other activities). Talking a tiny break is more practical to me than having to shower beforehand and make the whole process a THING. So, this thing is small and perfect and easy for a down, spare moment. And you can feel it break up the fascia! You can also target a hard spot due to the flexibile way it's designed. I could see it rusting possibly... Especially if you use lotion or oils with it. But even if I had to buy one monthly, it beats the cost of a massage or a fascia blaster.

Simple yet effective. I use my roller mit every day. I’ve noticed a decrease in swelling in my legs. Hits the muscles in my back that other massagers can’t get to.

I bought this product to help break up the fat & connective tissue on the back of my neck where I am developing a hump from poor posture & looking down so much (screen time). I have only been using it for a couple of weeks at bedtime (for 1-2 minutes) AND already I can, both, see & feel a difference in my neck & shoulders. Plus, the hump on my neck is shrinking! This product is well made & you can feel it when you slide your hand into it to use it. I like the fact that I can use this on myself without feeling strained when trying to reach the back of my neck& shoulders. It is simple & straightforward to use & is very soothing to sore & tight muscles without needing to press hard. I am very happy with this product. I would recommend it to anyone else who is developing a neck hump or suffers from tension & tightness in their neck & shoulder areas.

I bought this to use after my liposuction surgery on the lumpy areas. The massager itself is great when I use it OVER my post-surgical garment. DO NOT USE THIS DIFERCTLY ON SKIN. The plastic in the which some of the rolling balls are situated are sharp and WILL scratch your skin. I think it's because the blue material is not sturdy it's actually flexible, which means the plastic where the rolling balls are are a warped. But over clothing, this this has been great.

I bought lots of these for stocking stuffers and they ended up being the favorite gift. One per family was NOT enough! ("My turn!") I use mine nearly every day and it has helped my leg cramps and tight shoulders. It works better for me over light clothing as it takes a bit for the roller bearings to warm up and sometimes the plastic holders may scratch a little. It looks weird, but this is the best manual massager I've ever used--and I've used a lot of them. I will definitely get more of these.

Love the feel from the massage. Slip fingers in and use. Good quality and will last a long time.

Hard to hold, balls too small to accommodate natural skin stretch, balls don't roll freely. Skin pushes inwards when slight pressure is applied. When you put this on, it slips while in your hand. When you start to rub the body, the skin pushes inwards causing the small balls to go inward too which leads to the plastic edges to catch the skin. The balls don't roll freely either. It was a disaster. Don't trust any of the higher ratings. It's a 100% lie. You can't change physics on the body. Skin is skin and it will go inward when slight pressure is applied. Larger free moving balls with grips is the way to go. Remember those handheld massagers with large spiky silver balls at the mall years ago. We all tried them and those worked great! I can't find them anymore except this junk. And that company (cant remember its name) went out of business a long time ago.

I would have sworn that a all singing and dancing pulsonic vibration massager would be more effective than this but this does some good the vibration massager is only suitable for private self pleasure.

It's a bit different to other massages and just the type I need right now.
