This is our second bag ... The quality is last long ! Very good. But ! They send this lay flat... so they destroys bag's shape !!!! they should improve to put in the wide box otherwise good. Colors is the same in person.

The product was shipped flat. So when I opened the bag it goes back into the flattened shape instead of a bag shape. I’ve put things in it to try to make it hold shape and it doesn’t. My daughter’s ice skating things keep falling out because the bag keeps folding in on itself and flattening out. I’ve seen other people’s bags and they don’t have this issue. I’m hoping this takes several days for the bag to retain its shape. If not I will have to return it.

My granddaughter loves it, she uses it all the time.
