Don't seem to remove chlorine taste as much as they did several years ago. I suspect the formula/manufacturing protocols have changed a bit.

Pur filter
I bought an off brand filter for less money but it did not make the water taste good. You get what you pay for.

Watch the prices!
3 single cartridges were cheaper than the 3 pack. Be sure to order PUR replacements. Some other companies said that their cartridges would fit my pitcher and I found out that they were wrong. PUR's fit fine and does a great job.

New and improved
I like how much quicker the water runs thru this new design, it was so quick at first I thought I hadn't inserted it correctly. I was pleasantly surprised when I double-check the box for instruction and noticed it had been improved and claimed to be "twice as fast." I paid a little more but it was worth it!

This product was old. The coupon inside expired two and a half years ago. That being said, the packaging was sealed so it's still usable.

Este filtro es para productos Pur. Detiene metales pesados y otras cosas nocivas al ser humano. Con tanta contaminación se hace necesario filtrar el agua que viene de servicios públicos.

Es eficiente para purificar el agua y flotar rapidísimo. Pero, siempre habrá que tener un repuesto porque a mi sólo dura en óptimo estado 4 semanas
