Women's V-Neck Maxi Kaftan – Tribal Print, Loose Fit, Plus Size Kimono Dress, Beach Cover-Up

Beautiful cheap garment. Plan to buy every one I can get my hands on!!! So far I have 4. Sorry about the long post, but this has washing instructions included. Perfect look and price!! I am mature woman and my body temp is unpredictable. I was looking for something lightweight but covers whole body. I also live with my husband and 2 sons. So I needed something that was fashionable as well as practical. This is lightweight enough to wear all day without tearing it off during my hot spells. It is thin but won't be a problem with under garments on. It is very delicate so I plan to hand wash in the wash machine. Allow machine to fill up with water & detergent of choice, turn off washer, let items sit for 15 min or however long you choose apply swishing and lightly scrubbing, wring and place in laundry basket. allow washer to drain soapy water, fill up with rinse water, turn washer off, place items in rinse water, hand rinse well, then hang to dry. Turn washer on finish cycle. No bending or dripping back breaking tub washing. These item are so lightweight that even a more expensive material couldn't withstand the harshness of going through a wash cycle on their own. And for me not worth the expense of dry cleaning like tags say. I plan to have these a long time so I will do what I need to preserve them. As for fit. I am 5'1 198lb give or take a few and they go down to my feet with no extra material to drag on the floor. For taller people I can only say that if you are slim this may work for you, because what you don't need in width you will gain in length. But don't worry. Amazon does have plenty of Kimonos for tall women but they will be more pricey. Hope this helps someone.

I really love this little caftan! It is light and comfortable and it fits great. I am 5'6" tall and it comes to my ankles easily. It has a lot of room for ladies with ample charms and the drawstring is a nice touch for the slimmer sisters. It cost next to nothing, so do not expect a designer original. Let's be real. It is more of a light scarf-like fabric, but, it does not cling at all, and I wanted it for a vacation at the beach. Perfect for my needs. It does have a slight odor when it arrives, but, I sew a lot and I am accustomed to sometimes finding a fabric I love that still carries the odor of the print process. A light rinse in a mild soap with cold water and then outside to dry in the sun. I did not want to chance the rigors of a dryer as it is a delicate garment. It dried in less than an hour and was without wrinkles or any other problem. No odor remained. The colors are wonderful and it looks great on! It arrived the day after I ordered it, so I certainly appreciate that. I think I would love one in another color.

Pretty fabric, I like the print and color. However, the neck hole is pretty small and the waist tie is sewn poorly, very wide on one side compared to the other and one end is frayed with a lot if strings hanging off it.

I purchased two of these one in orange and the other in brown. I was really looking forward to wearing them but they both have strings hanging everywhere from frayed seams and one side of the brown one wasn't sewn together or fell apart either way I can't wear it and the orange one has a hole in it from where the seam wasn't sewn together. now have to return them. I don't like returning items. but lately a lot of Amazon sellers are sending low quality items or they just aren't showing up at all. so disappointed...

The stitching was crooked and there were lots of loose threads. I may have to stitch some of it back together as it is coming apart in some places where they missed the fold of the fabric. The dress had a strange smell. The fit was a bit off at the waist for a 5 ft woman, where there was too much fabric above the tied waist. The fabric is light, but a bit see-through. For the price, was adequate though. Not sure I would wear in public, but a great lounging dress for home or swimsuit cover up.

This dress exceeded my expectations! After reading reviews I expected to be disappointed. Quite the opposite! The material is very silky and light, and the color was exactly as described. I felt like a princess in this dress and it was very reasonably priced (at the time I bought it). I almost felt like I stole it for how cheap it was. It took about 4 weeks to get it, but I wasn't in a hurry, and if you look at your delivery time under the shipping tab, you can see that this shipped directly from India, so of course its going to take awhile to get it. I will be purchasing more, probably every color! I highly recommend it!

Feels good on the skin but wearing it around the house

I've been wearing these for years as night dresses and around the house. I'm a petite slim woman so this one size is always big on me, that's why I always buy ones which have a tie waist. People are saying the material is thin but that makes them perfect in the house. Have to say at this price I'm not sure what you expect. I've just replaced the three I've had for years.

Wasn’t expecting the world, considering the price, but the drawstring that holds the waist was already falling apart and it was fraying in certain spots.
