Ordered 3 of these. 2 of them worked as expected - they come on when the power is gone. The 3rd one worked only as an ordinary bulb and had no battery backup. Not the kind of quality that one would expect from Philips, especially since the price is pretty high. Also, at the time of delivery all the boxes looked pretty worn out and damaged ( the bulbs were not damaged). They should pack these bulbs in something stronger. I still haven't had a chance to check how long these bulbs last when there is a power outage.UPDATE: I returned the 3rd bulb which was not working and got another one in exchange. Guess what? This one stays on even when the switch is turned off. This product is an absolute joke - the packaging is horrible, the performance is is below par and the return process is tedious. Stay away from this!

Not good
I purchased this product on 11 July 2026 for ₹320. It worked properly for the first few days, and the light is still bright. However, it now takes a long time to turn on automatically when the power goes out, and the light glows very dimly during a power cut. The automatic backup function is not working properly. Please resolve this issue.
