Excellent quality and function.
I installed this on a 60" French door. I cut it down per instructions. It fit perfectly. I am very happy with the installation, and the operation of the screen. My wife loves it!

Beautiful screen door
Overall I am very pleased with the product as I was able to assemble and install it by myself and it looks and functions beautifully. Everyone that has seen it loves it. Also, delivery was much faster than advertised. Here are some thoughts about the assembly:Product is well designed to maximize flexibility of installation. But it did take a bit to figure out how the pieces fit together. One side piece has slide bolts top and bottom to enable you to lock that side closed. The sides can be flipped “upside down” so that you can plan which side is used for everyday traffic. Also, there’s a lock on the handle, which can be mounted to either side of the door to accommodate inside or outside door installation. The top and bottom rails are the same. They have a groove to slide in the bottom sill plate. The sill plate is between the screen door and the French door and surprisingly cleaned up the look and function of that space since it perfectly aligns the top of the track to your existing sill plate. My only minor complaint is that the track is one inch tall, which is less than others, but could be an issue for those people with low mobility. I think that I will be looking for some corner round trim to install on the outside of the track to minimize that step.

A nice upgrade!
With minimal adjustments, my handyman had this installed in a flash. Works like a charm. What an upgrade, to be able to swing the french doors wide open, and enjoy the breeze off the creek! And I appreciate the subtle stripes - which do not interfere with view - for a little added safety. High end and durable. An excellent value. Recommended.

Works for outward swinging french doors.
It was perfect. Our bedroom is built with French doors that open outward and no other windows. It's great and it let's the air in nicely. My husband installed them with ease cause he's handy like that. The one issue is we need to figure out a way to secure the frame to the carpet. Still a work in progress. I'm sure he and his buddy will figure something out. Sturdy product and exactly what we were looking for.

Wish we had done this sooner!!
Took my husband about an hour and a half or so to put together and install. He watched the video a couple times bc he said the instructions not so good. We are in southwest Florida and our front door swings out and traditional screen doors will not work. I was worried about mounting this against our nice door trim/molding but it looks fine. Also concerns about the threshold have been dismissed. Nothing to trip over and it’s working beautifully. I wish we had installed a few months ago- our unseasonable mild winter- could have enjoyed the breeze. It will get very hot soon. There will be months that we can’t open up in summer but such a nice addition for mild breezy coastal days that we do have. Provides nice cross breeze from our caged pool lanai! Love it so far.

Did not meet expectations
Not a great value for the money I spent. After 4 days the screen started catching and kept having to open and close the door for screen to retract. I wanted to love this door. Very disappointed

Inside Frame installation retrofit
My wife bought this for us to install, we live in the tropics and have a somewhat unique installation challenge,Our patio doors swing outwards and we have a grill (security gates) that swing inwards, so the only option we had was to install the screen INSIDE the concrete door frame, our home is Block and steel construction so the frame is about 9" thick (exterior wall thickness), so we had about 5" to work with, it previously had one of those screen doors on a track (damaged) which we removed. The TOTAL height of this Brisa retractable screen is 81.5" and I realized that after removing the old track and old tile we got exactly 81.5"!I then made up two lengths of wood 2.5 x 1.75 x 81.5" and had them painted and attached them to the inside of the frame, this is for the screen door to be able to have something to screw to (you can see on the 2nd image).I also placed a horizontal piece of painted wood/trim against the upper track, this adds firmness to the track as well as to allow a hole to be drilled for the retaining bolt on the L/H side screen to be secured (this allows for entry and exit by using just ONE side of the screen)After installation, I had a tiler come and install the floor tiles around the bottom track and all looks and works beautifully.... this has the added benefit of "securing" the bottom track so it does not move at all.* Quick tip- I used painters tape to cover the track, during tiling and grouting and also used a shop vac when I was removing the tape to ensure no debris entered the track.Very happy with it

Nice
This is a great door, but this one was the wrong size for my needs. I was able to return it and get the shorter version.
