Was easy to install. It's well made. Any of the comments talking about difficulty raising the cover... It's straightforward once you figure out out. Push the Little latch where the lock goes out, lift the cover first, then turn it upward to raise it. Definitely would recommend.

Product was as advertised. Fit prefect and will last a long time compared to the clear plastic cover that was sun bleached and brittle this replaced.

Easy to install or protect my outside outlets from theft

This cover appears to be well-made, includes several "plate adapters" to accommodate multiple outlet types, and has 2 close positions to allow locking while in use or not. It costs a little more than the plastic covers, but should hold-up much better from sunlight exposure.

Very easy install, for which I didn't even turn off the power, (however this isn't recommended, for obvious reasons).Great replaced for an old plastic equivalent, whose hinges had failed due to sun damage, (outlet is in an exposed southerly-facing location), despite being painted.Lockable, feature could be useful in case of mounting security devices on the same circuit, as it would otherwise be easy to short out power via the sockets.

I don't like that these don't have keyholes for the box mounting screws.

What's not to like, "Heavy duty metal construction, simple to operate, will last a lifetime unless it is hit by a truck".

Good quality product and easy to install. The pre-drilled holes aligned perfectly with an existing PVC single gang receptacle box. The affixed moisture seal was also a plus since it was not slipping up/down during install. Product shipped with several snap-in inserts to accommodate multiple plug formats. Overall a well-engineered product.

The outlet receptacle box isn't cheap junk. Well designed. And it is well worth the price.
