Nordic Ware 54349AMZ Shortcake Baskets Cast Aluminum Cakelet, Six 1/2 Cup, Toffee

You really can’t beat Nordic Ware for its quality. This pan is not only beautiful, but it turns out perfect baked goods every time. It’s heavy, conducts heat beautifully, and is an heirloom quality piece.

I love the quick release from the pan and the appearance of the design on my cakes. The quality is very good and ease of using it was perfect. I'll be purchasing more soon.

Nice and heavy pan. You need to heavily spray with baking spray to keep cakelets from sticking in the pan- but when you do spray well it is well worth it.

This product is very well made. When I can grease them well enough to get the cups out whole they're really cute. I'm still working on learning how to use these correctly. I would purchase again.

There was a slight learning curve as I tries butter spread the first time and they stuck. Second time I used crisco. They came out perfect. So much better than store bought and much larger. High quality pan

I was a bit apprehensive about baking dessert shells due to all the detailed surface area that would need to release. I was pleasantly surprised. Use plenty of Pam with flour and be sure it gets all the way to the bottom of each cavity. I made a standard boxed lemon cake mix, filled each cavity about 3/4 full as instructions on the cardboard over wrap said, which made 15 yummy and light shortcakes. Filled each with mixed fresh fruits and whipped cream on top. Yum yum, my family doesn’t eat a lot of desserts but went for seconds on these! So easy to clean, I used a soft dish brush and easily removed some Pam residue and just a few crumbs.

Nordic Ware is the best. I own many different Nordic baking pans, so I was especially excited to see this pan - perfect for shortcake cups!

So obviously this was a return as it has dried food in it 🤨 . Very disappointed too .
