Sandtex Retail Ultra Smooth Masonry Brick Red 2.5 L

This paint went on easy and the colour I chose matched my bricks perfectly (brick red).I have a part of my house where the breeze blocks show slightly as we are built on a hill, so wanted to disguise them to match the bricks above them. This looks very effective and have since found other areas which I have touched up where the bricks have gone black (scrubbing did not remove it) I have only gripe and I have marked the product down a star for it, is that I found it very difficult to open the plastic ‘tin’. I know it has to be secure from spillage, but was a lot harder than undoing a regular ‘tin’ of paint.

what i disliked was that after i purchased this item my local diy store is selling same product for 5 liters was same price as your selling for 2.5 liter i feel that i have been robbed as i could not afford your price for a 5 ltr

Nice consistency and not messy /drippy.However, it is not brick red!The colour is way too light and bright.Could not paint my bricks that peachy colour, so in the end had to purchase a brown masonry paint and mix it in to tone down the original colour.

I enjoyed using this protective masonry paint.15 year cover, easy to use and a very nice colour, (Terracotta)Looks well on front garden wall.

It was not brick red and more a pinkish colour was really disappointed as it made my outside stairs a different colour compared against the brick red colour my building is.I have bought brick red paint before and it's been as it says on tin but this tin was not brick red I'm now going to have to repaint my stairs agin

This paint is great for walls where the brickwork is badly discoloured, gives it a new lease of life.
