I bought these to try my hand at making sourdough crumpets and they came out great! These made the process very easy and they are easy to clean.

These are very nice, but if you were to apply any amount of pressure you might be able to bend them. And I don’t know if they make the same size with handles because you do have to be careful and use tongs to take them off your food product. I am using them to make crumpets.
