I bought this because I love having tea before bedtime and this is caffeine free and the flavors are very calming. I don’t find it to be bitter at all and it doesn’t need sweetener, but if you like more sweet add some honey to compliment. I have been drinking for 3 days now before bedtime and I have felt more tired and fallen asleep faster. I noticed it also helped relax my mind and help me not to think about so much before bed time.
