Q: I have a 10lb puppy and the instructions say 1 cup per day but that doesnt seem enough to me, is it?

I give my puppy two scoops of the 1/3 cup and he's good. He's 9lbs. Their tummys are a lot smaller than you think.

He started eating it well from the beginning and still seems to enjoy his meals. He has a healthy body weight and nice shiny coat. I found an independent site that rated many national brand and artisan type foods and Merrick rated one of the highest A+ food options you can buy. I plan to continue using Merrick products for him when he is due to transition to adult food.

Q: Is the kibble crunchy? Or soft?

The kibble are on the smaller size and crunchy while the raw meat infusions are freeze dried and airy; almost like malt balls candy.
