It may look at first as if this little jar is a rip off, but a teaspoonful added to a cup or bowl of soup rehydrates wonderfully to add taste, substance and nutrition. The flakes are small, but they have their purposes where larger pieces would not be ideal (e.g. as an instant additiin to soup, or to sneak extra vegetables into a cottage pie). I have used similar products from other suppliers now not available, but honestly think these are better. You will be surprised how many servings you will get out of the jar as a little goes farther than you would think. Turn a thin soup at work into more of a meal with no effort, add to savoury muffins (after a quick rehydration), add to stews, there are lots of possibilities. Larger pieces are better for some kinds of dish, but these have their place, and I am now ordering them regularly.

A very versatile ingredient to keep in pantry, ready to be added to soups, casseroles, rice, noodles etc, thereby adding extra nutrition. So far I have used them to enhance my instant Itsu noodles pot along with some chicken.I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they are & made my quick pot into a nourishing meal with hardly any preparation or washing up!I dropped a star because I feel that they are overpriced, but isn't everything these days?Highly recommended 😆 (26/10/23)

Purchased to make my own pot noodles for work. The dried veg work a treat and though I found it easier to buy than make pot noodles, I top them up so I have more.

This is great for mixing into sauces to add some depth of flavour in minutes. I find it a lot like using a stock cube, but without the bother of having to dissolve anything. It just contains 7 vegetables - no oils, no salts, no food lab inventions. It's wonderful.

So easy to use, good flavour, i use it in most things i cook. Good flavour.very pleased.

I have Boyajian Orange oil which is intensely orange flavoured & is the oil from orange zest. It does not dissolve well in water solutions. Hence I thought the sun dried Orange powder would be a good compromise. It lacks intensity so a lot is required but it causes a gritty sensation in the mouth. I wanted it to use in homemade sugar free jellies but it is not as I had hoped & the sale required the purchase of two jars, which is too much. It may have been better in baking but I do not make cakes or biscuits as I am Diabetic.

Io lo uso con i noodles. Aggiungo un po' di queste verdure, che sono ottime nel brodo e mangiate insieme ai noodles. Ora voglio provarle in altre ricette, perché avere verdure essiccate tutto l'anno è molto pratico soprattutto per chi deve aiutare il transito intestinale. Io mi sono trovata della condizione di non poter uscire, avevo in noodles ne ho acquistati altri e le verdure. Ne sono felicissima

Yo lo mezcló mitad y mitad con eritritol triturado y pongo una cucharada de postre en la cuajada y está genial.

Très bon produit,domage que ce soit coupé très fin,un peu plus gros aurait été mieux.
