This product is very hard to find in stores in my area. I finally found it on Amazon.com and was thrilled. I use this mix of peppers in most of my dinner dishes and love the flavor. It is particularly good to have on hand when you don't have fresh peppers. Thanks Zatarain's--they are not spices hot either (as an older woman this is very important to me!)

I keep them on hand for recipes when I do not have fresh available and they work great. I really love them in meatloaf!!

Tasty and easy to use.
Though these are a little expensive, they are tasty and easy to use. I add them to soups, meatloaf, or chili. Use your imagination. You won't be disappointed.

Only 1 Bottle Received
I like this product but have not been able to find in stores in or around Duluth, Georgia. I gave it 1star for the money value because the cost was $15 for a 4 pack but I only received one (1) bottle.

I love this product! But I ordered a case and they only sent me one. They did only charge me for one but I really wanted a case

Great dried peppers but the bulk section at my market wins
I like these dried peppers. I can get better dried peppers locally slightly cheaper which is why i drop a star. These are great tasting but i actually enjoy the flavor of the dried peppers i get locally which cost less. Best i can say is there are better dried peppers for the price. These work well enough, they are not soggy or gel like when re hydrated. I just feel that they lack aroma and flavor compared to the bulk section dried peppers i can get at a local market. These are sealed so i suppose they will work for stored food.

Will always have bell pepper on hand
Wonderful to add to home made sloppy joes, rice dishes, meatloaf... I don’t always have fresh bell pepper on hand, this was a wonderful addition to my spice cabinet!!

We can not get this product in Perdido Key FL I even gave Publics the jar so they could give the vender the bar code & theystill could not get it. Thanks for sending this & the green chopped onions to me. I use this in my red beans . I had a Red Bean & Rice party for my Golf group . They loved my recipe & your Sweet bell peppers goes in my recipe . Thanks, Georgia Leyser
