Great Balance of Sweet and Smoky Flavor
This seasoning has a really nice flavor profile. It's not overly salty, which I appreciate, and it has just the right amount of sweetness and smokiness to make burgers and other meats taste great. The combination of spices works well together without any single flavor dominating. The maple and brown sugar add a subtle sweetness, while the garlic and onion provide plenty of savory flavor. One of My Favorite Seasonings
I have to say that this is one of my favorite seasonings. I particularly like it for grilling pork chops. First, I take actual maple syrup and I baste both sides of the pork chops with it. Then I put the Smokehouse Maple seasoning on both sides of the chops and I let them stay in the refrigerator for a few hours before grilling. Makes a great tasting grilled pork chop.

Great seasoning, strong smoke taste

Hard To Find But Amazon Has Them
These Grill Mates Smikehouse Maple Seasonings are hard to find. I was pleased to stumble onto them on Amazon and bought two immediately! We use them on pork to add good maple flavor that goes well with maple baked beans! Our fav.
