Decent little box, that took acrylic paint really well. I bought this to decorate as a gift box, for a friend, and lined it with felt. I think it is very good value for the money. My friend uses it to store crochet hooks. Despite being quite a light box, it takes the weight of the hooks just fine. It was a bit rough in some places, but a quick rub over with sandpaper sorted it out. Overall, no complaints.

Lovely wooden box with removable lid, ideal for decorating. It's raw wood that's been sanded , a little extra sanding wouldn't hurt but as it's not been sealed you have so many option available to decorate it.

I don't know why because they are only cheap basically made boxes but I adore them. I'm just using them to store my phone / tablet charging cables and to keep the two types separate from one another. Could not be better
