Really good purchase.Solid but ultra comfy pillow. Normally have 2 pillows but have only used this one.Cooling feature good too during those stick hot summer nights.Defo recommend. So good my 10 year old daughter wanted one for her bday.

I purchased this pillow for one reason only-for the cool pad, sadly it hasn't worked at all since received, which by the way was a day before its scheduled date! so kudos for that. However I need and have to have a cool feature on any pillow I use because my "body temperature gage" no longer works as it should. I had been finding relief with another pillow I purchased from Amazon but didn't last forever(they don't of course and I can understand why) but the company I had purchased from didn't seem to be on Amazon now. So I tried to find one similar to the one I had and thought I did, but other than arriving a day early and it is a well made pillow I cannot give a five star review on something that didn't deliver on the one thing I needed it to. So if you want a well made pillow and one that doesn't seem to "give" when sleeping on it, this is your pillow, however if like me you need the cooling aspect of the pillow, buyer beware. It has never gotten even a wee bit cool.

Love my new pillow.. We had pretty much the same ones but I bought them from eBay about 1 year ago .. but these ones a do much nicer .. and thicker.. but still nice and soft because of the memory foam .. love them

I bought this to replace another foam pillow. This was paper thin, nothing like the picture, and had a tiny gel pad. I returned it.
