My miracle!!!!
Love this stuff, we work out hard and it keeps you moving. I used to be so sore the next day I felt like crap, but with this I can work out everyday. Definitely will repurchase!

This product works if you can get past the horrible taste. It has a fake sour watermelon flavor. I was hoping to get the same flavor as "Afterglow" formula (before they changed their formula). So once you mix it you have to chug it- once it sits past one minute you can't even try to glup it down it taste that bad. However- I take it after I do a hour+ cardio and I haven't been sore and I haven't worked out in a while. It does it job.
