There's no question this is a quality product. I was only able to use it once as it's too oily for me to swallow that many drops since I need to take 50,000 iu's weekly. But if oil doesn't bother you, I seriously felt better after using just one time! I didn't realize how much my vitamin D was depleted and how that so negatively impacted my energy level! I'll be re-gifting" to my mother who doesn't mind the oil base at all.

You know most people are vitamin d deficient ? I love this product . Easy to use . My girl friend has a different product that doesn't have a dropper she has to put the drops on her hand and lick it. This is awesome and keeps you from looking stupid when using it.

Arrived on time and was as expected. I purchased the liquid form for my father who already takes a lot of medication in pill form. I add it to his morning cottage cheese or yogurt. He doesn't have to take another pill and everyone is happy.

No weird flavor and very easy to take. Just tastes like olive oil. I usually drop mine onto a cracker or small piece of bread.
