Mission BeltMen's Nylon Ratchet Belt, 40mm Nylon Collection

I have a few Mission belts and I love the concept. With any mission belt you have a perfect fitting belt regardless of how little or how much you ate for dinner.This is my first non leather mission belt purchase and I am very happy.A couple weeks before buying this I was on vacation and saw a nylon belt that looked nice and bought it for a more casual with shorts look. It is OK but threading it through my pants is a little bit of a pain because the nylon by nature is not as sturdy as leather. Additionally when I hooked something onto my belt (i.e. a leatherman multi tool) when doing yard work the nylon was not as good as leather in keeping it secure.In comes the Mission Belt Nylon Collection. Because I love Mission Belts I thought I would give the Nylon another try. I figured if I did not love the Nylon I would at least have another buckle in a color I did not yet have. I am so happy i purchased the Mission Belt Nylon. It is Nylon webbing on the front but the back is a solid piece and is very sturdy. I suppose this is to allow for the ratcheting feature to work but it makes the belt extremely sturdy so that it feels like a solid leather belt but looks nylon. It is strong and easy to put on and for those of us with a little gut because of the sturdiness there is no roll over when you sit down.The color I bought (blue) and it can work with shorts and a t-shirt or khakis and a polo out to dinner. I picked the gold buckle because I did not have a gold buckle but when wearing this belt I pair it with my iron or gunmetal buckle. I find the gold a little bright for the blue belt, but that might just be me.In sum, Mission Belt is awesome in general and if you are loooking for the nylon belt look, get this because you will get the look of nylon but the strength and feel of leather.

Love having an adjustable belt. You cut it to the size that fits you.. I like the Canvas ones, hold up well, can have the belt on and off quickly, interchangeable with other colors. I’ve had several of these belts. I have given two as gifts. I wear them every for CC purposes. Two I’ve had for several years and they’re still in great shape. I highly recommend.

Really wish this Montana based company didn’t outsource to freakin China.I don’t buy anything made in China, but this belt is so awesome, I might be keeping it.

This is our second Mission belt. First one was received as a gift. This one was purchased for a work uniform. The belt ratcheting system is unique and securely holds the belt in place without loosening. We bought the extended size to allow us to cut the belt to the correct size. The end that is affixed to the buckle is held in place securely. The free running end has the plastic insert that the ratcheting system utilizes to secure the belt in place. There is a small release mechanism under the belt buckle that releases the belt effortlessly when activated. The belts may seem pricey, but given the fact there are no holes in the belt that stress or fatigue over time and shows no signs of wear and tear like most traditional belt systems, the belt should last for several years. The belt is the perfect width to allow most cell phone carriers and holsters to remain in place. Mission offers several different color combinations that would lend themselves to most fashion styles. We plan on purchasing more of the Mission belts in the future.

I have always had a problem with belts. Sometimes they are too tight, sometimes they are too loose and the holes in traditional belts don't always allow me to get the perfect grip especially after a meal when my waist expands a bit for a while.Mission Belt to the rescue. Several years ago I saw these belts on Shark Tank and decided to give one a try. I ordered a blank leather belt with a gunmetal finish buckle and was instantly pleased. I slipped the belt on and pulled it to just the right tightness I needed to feel comfortable. After lunch I needed a little more room so I expanded the belt a bit and later that day when I needed it a little tighter again I gave it a little tug and I was done.So pleased with the leather version of this belt I looked to see if Mission Belt offered a more casual belt for my nights and weekends when I'm wearing shorts or Khakis and i was very happy to find the nylon finish "casual" belt. This particular belt is a semi-shiny nylon weave with a black buckle. No need to say it again but this belt is just perfect for casual clothes and expands and shrinks as needed.I no longer wear any conventional belts with loops and I don't recommend you do either. I have nothing to do with Mission Belts other than being a customer who owns a few but if you are in the market for one or more belts, check out their website and/or the selection here on Amazon. Mission offered a large number of colors and styles and I'm sure you will find one or more belts that will go with your wardrobe.One final note, in case you are wondering, I've had my first Mission Belt for over 2 years now and the latching mechanism works the same as it did on the first day I wore this belt so you should have no concerns over the durability of the latching mechanism.

Works well! Haven’t tried the weight limits of the buckle but it’s holding up , casual and yard work

Been using for nearly a year now my pants have not fallen down even with my tools. Great for fine adjustment, as a skinny guy did have to cut an inch or so of the buckle end which is perfect. And for those reasons I will never go back to a traditional belt again.

Really great concept although I've run into my fair share of problems with it. I bought this belt as my weight tends to fluctuate a fair amount and this seemed like the perfect product. Although for the first few days it seemed to work perfectly, I soon ran into some problems.- The belt buckle regularly detaches from the belt, I'm not sure if it's the quality of the material but it seems like the leather/nylon is too easily ripped apart. This happened with alarming frequency meaning not two months later, having to cut to readjust, the belt strap is now as short as it can be without being to small for me. So I've only got two months use out of the product without ever being sure it would stand up to the strain.- Hopefully the other belt straps are made of stronger material however given my experience I'm not willing to pay for another one in case it happens again.It's a real shame as these belts came with great reviews but my experience was totally different. :(FWIW I'm not even that overly rotund that I co

I was looking for something with the adjustability of webbed belts, but with a bit more weight and rigidity to it. This belt fits that perfectly. It's thick enough that it doesn't feel flimsy and doesn't curl up when I'm sitting down.Time will tell how long it lasts, but a few months in the only issue is the gold finish wearing off the release lever.
