Great company just did not have what I needed.
The cord did not fit the scanner machine that I have. I found out that they have discontinued the particular scanner I have so I had to bug a new one.

Good customer service. Joe was on the ball. The adaptor that came with the power unit was wrong. I emailed the vender and had the right adaptor within a matter of days. Excellent!

Bought this as a replacement for a USB flatbed scanner ...
Bought this as a replacement for a USB flatbed scanner power supply using the "compatible with Hitron HEG42-240200-7L" supply as the reference. The scanner requires a 24v, 2A power supply. This is a 24v, 1A supply but you can't tell that from the Amazon pictures as that part of the label is blank in the pictures. Not impressed. Sent it back.
