A: Both hands!

**Q: Will this fit a 7yr old boy?**
A: My son who is 16 bought it and it fits him perfectly, I think it will be too big for a seven year old.

**Q: Will it work for a 10 year old?**
A: My son was 14 last year when we got his.....they worked well for him. He is on the petite side.
