Most iron supplements in liquid form are expensive but liquid iron goes better with my digestive system. This is one of the best tasting liquid iron supplements I have tried until now. The best part is discount on subscription. It does need refrigeration after opening, actually.

Great for getting iron levels up quickly! Be aware of the B12- it helps it absorb but also means taking it at night can be problematic. I love this because I hate swallowing pills. It’s taste isn’t great but isn’t awful- I just take juice or water after. Doesn’t upset my stomach, and doesn’t mess with my digestion.

I have always had very low iron and since taking this I have not had any problems! I donate plasma regularly and constantly got denied because of low iron. I was borderline endemic.I have been taking this for roughly 10 weeks and have not been denied once for low iron. I use it every other day.The taste is honestly not the greatest, but it is just like taking a shot of cold medicine. Since buying my first bottle I have signed up to have this come every month on a subscription! Highly recommend!!

The price and quality is good. I’ve always trusted Garden of Life. Their ingredient label is clean and I feel a difference when I use their supplements.The liquid iron specifically is great; the taste is bearable and not bad. I’ve definitely tasted worse liquid supplements. It does not irritate the stomach as another liquid vitamin Floradix does. However, the darn lid is tricky. Maybe it’s just me or I got a temperamental lid. (This is my first bottle of GoL’s liquid iron.). But the lid is one where you have to bear down and twist and half the time I struggle to open it. I wish it was in a more friendly lid to those with a weak grip. My husband has to open it for me most of the time.Outside of the lid which I see no one else complaining about — so it might just be a Me thing — the vitamin is a solid choice.

This is my favorite iron supplement. I love that it is food-based, it taste great, and it has increased my iron on my lab test. I highly recommend!

Very pleasant to consume however, when consulting my physician, he informed me that I would have to drink at least one bottle a day to raise my iron deficiency reading on my lab test. Guess I’ll have to continue eating spinach, which I hate. But as I mentioned, it’s quite tasty
