Started taking the gummies the next day after receiving them and boy let me tell you, they started working IMMEDIATELY!!! I know i haven't been taking the best care of my body but damn, it aint have to be that intense HAHA but I am glad they work because I hate wasting money and trying multiple products to get results. The changes I noticed was I started sweating, feeling lightheaded, thirsty, and tired. At the same time I was urinating and farting a lot too lol Im a 200+ lb mom of 2. My body struggles to get rid of toxins daily even after drinking gallons of water and herbal tea and this vitamin definitely gave me that boost! Its uncomfortable the first few days but a good feeling to know that I'm going on a more healthier path. They are very good gummies, light ACV taste, and not too sticky on the teeth. My bloating even went down a bit. Always had a problem with it so this is very good news that my belly went down within a couple hours. I’ve been taking these apple cider vinegar gummies for a while now, and overall, I’m pretty happy with them. The biggest plus is that they don’t have the harsh, sour taste that liquid apple cider vinegar has, making them way easier and more pleasant to take daily. The gummies have a nice tangy flavor with a slight sweetness, and they’re chewy without being too sticky. I take them mainly to support digestion and boost my energy levels, and I have noticed some improvement. my digestion feels smoother, and I’ve had fewer bloating days. Good price. And it just has a little smell nothing crazy, also helped me lose some weight

I really enjoyed taking this product over the last 10 days or so, but I had some issues with the texture of the gummy that will likely cause me not to get these again or choose another brand. These gummies are very soft and it feels like they had been out in the sun all day before consuming. They are very squishy compared to most other ACV gummies I have had or supplement gummies I have had. The product has a grainy and unpleasant texture that was hard for me to eat two of every day. Additionally, you are not really shown the gummies in the product photos other than the glimpse of them that you get on top of the label. These gummies are not glossy and are almost matte and opaque in red/mauve-like color. I did however think that the taste of the product is great. it is not overpowering at all and tasted like candy in a way. My goal with these gummies was not to lose weight, but to try to help with digestion. I did have some improvement with digestion, and I did actually lose 2 pounds since starting, too! I have not noticed any differences in my skin complexion (still have acne) and it didn't seem to help with my energy that I have noticed yet. Overall, I would recommend this product as long as you don't mind a very soft gummy. I may be picky, but I will likely use other brands because I feel a bit sensitive to some textures.

These gummies were very efficient in increasing my metabolism.Within half a month i could notice a difference in how i felt, so i restocked and even bought Havasu nutrition multi vitamins.There are many pros to getting these gummies, they are organic with natural ingredients including the natural apple flavor. Also, they are non-gmo and have a gmp (good manufacturing practices) which helps ensure the safety and quality of products.More importantly, they are vegan gummies which is not very common in gummies. It was a big plus for me who cannot eat gelatin to find these vegan gummies that are still beneficial. Also, they taste great:) I would totally recommend this product to anyone looking to slightly help their metabolism and/or use it as a dietary supplement for weight loss.It may not make a drastic difference on the outside, but you'll surely feel better on the inside. Overall pretty good experience, no drastic changes yet but i plan to keep going and see whats next.

To be honest i cannot say if this product actually works because I was not being as consistent as I should with it. like i would take it 2 days straight and then skipped a day because I forgot, then take it the other day etc. So i was not consistent with taking it daily. However, for the days that I took it, I really didn't see any detoxifying potential with it. Also did not see any weight loss. the taste was good though. no issues with that. i plan to try again though and take it daily to see if there is any difference.

I just started these on the 14th. I didn’t expect any results for at least a month. However, after the fifth day things seemed to be happening to my body. I only take one and not the two that’s recommended because I didn’t know what to expect. ACV is great but I don’t like the taste. I tried capsules but they were huge to swallow. I took them for 5 days and nothing happened other than gagging on them. I had my friend try one of these gummies and she was really skeptical that it would taste like vinegar. She was very surprised at the taste. Very mild taste of apple and no vinegar. As far as the shipper, the Shipment came as expected and I will definitely be ordering these again. BTW .... my tummy doesn’t feel bloated and my waistband seems looser. I didn’t get these for weight loss but hey, if that is part of this yummy gummy, I won’t refuse it!!

I didn't really know what to expect. I don't care for apple cider vinegar and have avoided it because of stomach issues. That being said, I decided to try these and I am glad I did! I have been working hard to lose weight and get in better health. It seems every five pounds I lose lately, my weight sticks there for days to a week and it is frustrating. I have had bad bouts of sciatica this year, and just got a second steroid injection in my spine like two days before I started taking these. I had gained 5 pounds from the shot. I have been taking these 4 days now and have lost the 5 pounds I had gained and another 2 pounds on top of that, in four days! I can't be positive it is all the gummies. I am eating 1,500-1,800 calories a day. My husband decided he wants to try them now since I have had a burst in weight loss since I got them. I've had good results, but can't guarantee that you will.

They are easy to eat. Quite sweet. Have a lot of other ingredients. I stuck with it, 2 gummies a day, almost finished the bottle. I've had the odd day of less fatigue, occasional day of less bloating. Not lost a pound. For me these do not work
