Used twice and happy with product and have found it very effective and better than the original line . I did find it a bit fiddly refilling the spool but got there in the end.

Bought this as I needed to replace the line on my electric strimmer. I wanted to try something more substantial as I was getting fed up with my original line breaking every 5 seconds. I found a review on here which described my problem exactly so I took the plunge! This wire is much thicker than my original line. This fitted my Black and Decker OK without any adaptions required. The quality is really good and it cuts through everything I need on a typical garden tidy up, I.e. grass borders, path edges etc. It cuts through quite substantial weeds as well. I just did my whole back garden with it and only had to pull new line through once (which might have been user error to be fair). Much quicker and very happy with the results. Just wish I had thought to try this sooner! Based on this, the whole pack should last me for quite some time. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Strong strong strong ... just the job

Does the job, good thickness and fits well, cutting grass and weed well.

This cord gives even the cheapest strimmer a fighting chance, I cleared 15 square meters of pure Jungle in 20 minutes, it cost 1 inch of cord from 1 side, excellent purchase, real vfm and you don't have to keep stopping to pull more cord through, it cut through 40 mm thick bramble easily.

We re-corded the cord spool satisfactorily.There is too much cord on the bulk spool , one has just bought, for most domestic users it would last a lifetime
