Package not delivered and amazon is unconcerned. should i just give up and dispute credt card charge?

Amazon from my own experience always gives a refund and they do it quickly if you say you never received the item you will still get a refunded after they try to attempt the wear abouts of that package, now if that happened to you then I would think it happened because of short staff due to the Plandemic, you can stop payment threw your credit card and do a despite threw them. But Amazon always trys to solve any problems with solutions from my own experiences with Amazon, I never had a issue like that with them...

Does it need to be refrigerated after opening?
