This is the worst phone I've ever owned. I originally got it as a replacement for my current phone which is quite laggy. Little did I know that this phone has all of those issues and more. Battery life is terrible. My phone was fully charged at 100% this morning when I left for work. My phone has been in my pocket, not being used at all, for 10 hours. When I got home from work, my phone is now at 26%. I would hate to see what the battery looked like if I actually used my phone for the whole day. The speaker is horrendous. It's very quiet and muffled, and has no way to adjust it's settings. One of my biggest issues is how laggy the screen is. I have tried numerous keyboards, including the one the phone came with. Also with and without a screen protector. I basically have to mash on the phone to make it type. It is very frustrating. In fact, the only way that I am able to "type" this review, is because i'm using talk-to-text. While you're typing, the keyboard will decide to randomly start swiping and making nonsense up that you're not actually saying. There are no modes. I personally use work mode on my old phone a lot, I love all the settings that it comes with. But this phone only has Do Not Disturb mode, which you cannot personalize at all. And its features are subpar at best. I barely have anything installed on it and it's acting like it's out of memory and a decade old instead of a brand new phone. As I have been attempting to write this review, the phone has decided to delete the entire thing, input a bunch of random words, numbers, and letters, delete entire paragraphs, etc. It's a darn good thing I copied my review as I spoke it. I do not even have one good thing to say about this phone, it is a huge waste of money and do not purchase.

Shuts down when completely dead n takes days to turn back on

Unfortunately, I thought I was receiving an unlocked phone to use as a replacement because my phone suddenly stopped working. However, I was told the phone would be delivered the next day but after 4 days. I finally received the phone... Yayyyy right????? WRONG!!!!! the phone came locked to a Verizon carrier!!!! the only thing i could do was ask for a refund. It's been a week since I've been able to use a phone and now, I have to wait for a refund before getting a new one. This was not an experience that I'm used to dealing with Amazon butt understand it's a 3rd party company so my advice would be to have them confirm that the phone is actually unlocked and dont believe that the delivery date is accurate. The phone itself connected to the wifi while i had it and was great but obviously i couldnt keep it because it wouldnt accept my sim card.
