Review: Works Great - Just received today and had it on my turntable in a matter of minutes. Extremely easy set up and the product is well built. I did purchase the other brush arm that had two for the same price. I was very disappointed in that was of poor quality and didn’t work well at all, returned it and just bought this one. There is a major difference between this one and the other. I only played two records so far and the tracking was perfect and coincided with the tone arm. It definitely cleans Your records, helps with the pops and keeps your needle clean. Very happy with this and highly recommend it! UPDATE Its been a few days and I have played about 10 albums and it continues to work extremely well. The tracking of the arm is perfect and without a doubt the record and the stylus stay clean. This is a very good item and does the job! Only have good things to say about it.

**Q: I can't get this balanced for the life of me. Any troubleshooting tips on getting this to work?**
A: If you are talking about balancing the weight, in order for it to track well. I would suggest making sure that the base is positioned so that the brush is centered on the spindle of the turntable when it is swung in all the way. This makes the tracking speed much less dependent on how the weight is adjusted. I hope this helps.

**Q: Is there any way to set up the anti-skating on this broom?  It seems to always veer outwards no matter how much vertical tracking force I put on it.**
A: Make sure the brush is tightened properly to the arm. I am by far an expert, my brush did the same thing, but this fixed it for me. Also make sure that the brush is the right height.  I don't know if Hudson would approve of this, but setting it so the arm is slightly higher that level with the arm. This seems to give the brush more weight. It took a little tinkering, but it seems to work great now.

**Q: Is this better than a brush?**
A: This is in addition to a brush, I use a felt brush and then set this on the record,  it picks up any dust that may land as needle is moving, it precedes the needle.  it works well.

A: It could possibly fit.
It’s smaller in diameter.
But it has a ground wire attached at the base.
That’s the only thing.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product should include an armrest for its brush arm

This record cleaning brush has a carbon fibre bristle core (and grounding wire, that you usually connect to your amplifier) that helps drain static electricity from vinyl records, as they spin. It neutralizes much–– but NOT ALL––of the static cling that attracts dust and creates clicks & pops as a record is being played. After playing, the disc needs to be removed, flipped, or changed; which means the anti-static arm has to be swung out of the way, of course. However—unless you spend the time to REMOVE the anti-static arm from its stand, and tuck it safely away—your brush tip will probably end up resting somewhere on a dirty part of the turntable, while you’re changing your records! A more useful & practical addition would be to include an integrated, adjustable ARMREST for the brush, so it doesn’t touch anything when not actively being used. When the brush’s arm is swung off the record and placed on the armrest, it would serve to keep the brush tip suspended ABOVE the turntable surface and prevent the brush from getting dirty, or unnecessarily worn. Lack of a brush lift is not a major deficiency; but, having this feature would add a lot to this already very nice product.
