Great 00 flour for homemade pasta — smooth dough and lovely texture
I use this to make homemade pasta and I’m very happy with it. It’s a nice fine 00 flour that makes a smooth dough, rolls out well, and gives the pasta a lovely texture once cooked. Consistent results and good quality — I’ll be buying it again.

Not a 1kg in a pack as described
The flour is good quality but there's not a 1kg as said in description and on a pack. There's only 930 grams. This is only an issue. I think it's quite a lot difference for such expensive product.

Product looked good and fine,unfortunately it turned up with a tear in cover and flour was all in packaging. So cannot give 5 stars but from what I could see did look good.
