This is a great looking stand, the chrome finish has a nice sheen. The base has a rubber foot to make it slip resistant and it is heavily weighted to keep the stand from tipping over. As shown in the picture, it easily holds my brush and my Merkur 39C Slant Sledgehammer, which at over 4 inches is the largest and heaviest razor I own. Even though the stand is tall enough to easily accommodate a large razor, it still fits nicely on the top shelf of my medicine cabinet. I highly recommend this stand as it is highly functional, solidly made, looks great, and the price is very reasonable.

I must say that this stand is so beautiful, It arrived without a scratch and the chrome gives it a shiny clean look to it. it measures 6 inches tall and the base is approximately about 2 -3/4 inches. It fits my  Edwin Jagger DE89Lbl Lined Detail Chrome Plated Double Edge Safety Razor  perfectly and it complements the razor very well.When My package arrived I could not help noticing this stand is identical to the  Perfecto Deluxe Chrome Razor and Brush Stand - The Best Safety Razor Stand!!! I've been Wet Shaving for decades, my husband has been Leary of the Safety and Straight Edge razors I use however his recent complaining about the terrible quality of the shave he's getting prompted me to put a little shave kit together for him, which included a decent brush, bowl, Merkur Futur razor, please note the only way to hang the Futur is upside down, However the Futur would be the one exception as I think most all other SR's would fit just fine.Unlike other stands in this price range this one arrives fully assembled - it's mirror finish chrome plating is superb and the weight is equivalent to my Merkur stand all without the $80 price tag. The burled pole and rubber underside are all quality touches making this stand a superb value - Highly Recommended!

Excellent product. Well made and sturdy. Does not tip over and looks good as well. I originally gave this product 5 stars but found that the slightest bump and my razor, brush or both would fall off. I ruined a couple of blades when my razor fell and hit the edge of the sink.I am happy to say, I was able to correct this problem by taking a pair of vice grip pliers and gently bending the tabs upward slightly.That fixed the problem and I can even bump the stand several times and the razor and brush will not fall. If you try this be careful you don't bend the tab angle upward too much as it might snap off. My modified stand now is a five star but the manufacturer should note this and correct the problem. Once modified it is well worth the price.

This was too small for my large Omega 48 brush but I came up with a simple fix. I cut a new top from a piece of scrap 3/32" thickness acrylic sheet. New openings are 37mm and 12.7mm which are perfect and I am well pleased with the stand now. The top cap is screwed on very tight from the factory. I had to use a soft jaw vise to hold it firmly enough to unscrew without damage.

So why write a product review when there's nothing in it for you? Because guys don't like wasting time, energy, or money and if something works great, then why not save other people a lot of grief. That it's in a nutshell. I bought this product for myself and my first priority was purchasing a high quality product compared to saving money. However, this is one of the few times where you actually get both. I read the reviews and figured what the heck, if I don't like it I'll just chunk it and buy a more expensive one. No need! My brush wasn't cheap but the razor stand I had was. I can't imagine this combo stand not accommodating any brush or razor and that's important. As soon as you pick this up you can tell it's a quality product. Anyone can add weight to a product to give a false sense of craftsmanship, but that's not the case here and the finish is impeccable. I truly expected the product to at least come in a cheap plastic bag or box but I was wrong there too. It's professionally packaged and nice enough for a gift (ladies). I don't know the seller but was impressed enough with the product that I went back the next day and bought their stainless steel shaving bowl. It's hard to be impressed with a product that costs less than 20 bucks, but that's what happened and I love this thing. Kudos to the seller for offering superior products. Couldn't be happier had I wasted 2 or 3 times as much for a similar type product. So there you have it, if you're in the market a razor/brush stand this is the only one you should consider. And next time you're this impressed with a product, do everyone else a favor, leave an honest review and save everyone a ton of time.
