Good gi, a bit tight in the back
Hello:Let me start by saying I'm built like a gorilla. I'm 5' 9", 200 lbs and most of that weight is in my upper back (lats.) So I have a very hard time finding correct sizing. Typically A2 has perfect sized pants, and the kimono is child size on me. A3 kimono sizes are so all over the place that it's not unusual for the arms to extend past my wrists, or for the kimono to be so small that I can't close it in front.Submission FC Light gi falls into the latter category. I simply can't close it properly around the front (keep in mind I have a 33" waist, so it's not a belly thing.)That said, the pants size is perfect for me, and the overall gi quality is rather high (good solid stitching, reinforcements in all the right places.)Overall, I like this gi, but I would like it more if the kimono had a bit more material to help me close it.If you're built like me, check out the Tatami Estilo 4.0 ( http://www.amazon.com/Tatami-Estilo-4-0-Jiu-Jitsu/dp/B00E80VCL4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398951466&sr=8-1&keywords=tatami+estilo ) or the Badger Stinger Limited (this one is very difficult to get. [...] )If you have a slightly smaller back / if you're leaner, this gi is a great buy. Oss!
