Pro Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 16’ Uncut Roll

I use in place of a brace on the knee and it works great. Very stretchy and has the strength to support and stabilize the knee. I like it comes in colors as well as neutral. It adheres well to the skin, so well that pulling it off can be quite painful and it can take some skin with it so leave it on til it starts peeling on its own unless you like pain.

This is the tape you’d want if you’re using it for normal everyday. I bought this and a few other brands. This brand seems to stick the best without rolling over itself or working itself loose.It’s a bit more in the thicker side and slight stretchier. However, it withstood the shafting from my clothes for two straight days.Only downfall is also its best feature. The adhesive worked so well that when it comes to taking it off, you’ll find yourself pulling at your dermal hair or feel a bit of pain. It’s similar to the pain of hot waxing when peeling off.Aside from that, it’s easy to cut with a scissor and apply.

Being at band camp standing for 12 hour made my back hurt, but I put 2 strips on the sides of my spine and it helped so much! It’s easy to apply and you can re-stick if you place it wrong, it lasted day when I was swearing a ton and didn’t even fray. The role is big and looks like I could use it for a while.

KT tape usually works as well as bulkier supports and brakes. The adhesive is non-irritating even after 3 day continuous wear. On the negative, active exposure to clothing and bedding tens to roll the edges. And, though prior continuous had 1" markings on the backing, facilitating quick fitting, my last roll did not - the reason for four instead of five stars.

Best kinetic tape for good money. Water resistant and doesn't irritate the skin.

The tape was easy to use and stays on for longer periods of time. Recovering from an injury and this tape has been very helpful.

It’s a great product and works wonderfully

The Pro was advertised as having better water adhesion than the standard stuff, after one quick shower the rounded corners were already beginning to peel back from my knee (the standard stuff was way worse though). Other than that issue it works as advertised. Properly applied it does provide some pain relief and stability for my knee. The KT tape is the only brand I've tried and will continue to use it until I find something equal or better.

With the assistance of a qualified physiotherapist, I learned how to use KT Tape for the support of my knee. I suffered from osteoarthritis and much of my knee cartilage is gone. I was wearing a heavy knee brace and using a cane. However, with consistent taping of my knee and being faithful to my strengthening program, most people are not aware of my knee issues.I have tried every type of tape, but KT Tape is my one and only now. It allows me to move with relatively minimal pain, without limping, travel and even hike. Just learn how to use it properly via a physiotherapist.

I’m not a huge fan of taping but my physio thought it would help my Achilles injury.KT was a good product. It stuck to my skin through the wear and tear (and sweat) of a hockey match. I played three matches over a weekend and taped separately each time with the same positive result. Tip! A hairdryer helps it to stick.
