What we found is that, unless we wanted to spend >$120 for a pair, we were in for a long and hard search. I finally came across this posting on Amazon, and decided to give it a try, because I know that Amazon return policies are super simple and easy in case it didn't work. Luckily, we will not have to return these!The shoes came in their own box, within the Amazon box. They were packaged enough that they didn't get damaged in the mail, but not so much so that it was excessive. The shoes are a beautiful shade of dark brown, and look great when paired with my fiance's gray suit pants. More importantly though, is that the fit was spot on and he says they are comfortable enough to be worn all day. After our wedding, he plans on wearing these to work!
