Review: So far so good! - I’m still tiling so it’s not finished, but so far it’s very pretty, and nicely sticky, even on my janky old concrete floor with ancient dried adhesive from the old tiles. I mixed and matched with one of the other designs from the same company, the green medallion style, so I didn’t have to worry about matching any edges if the design was printed a bit wonky. I’ll come back when it’s finished, and after some time has passed (if I remember) for an update. But they went down fairly easily, and were easy to cut with heavy scissors. I stepped on a trimmed off scrap that the paper peeled off of and it left super sticky residue on my shoe, so watch for that. I did heat each tile with a blow dryer to warm up the sticky, idk if it helped, but I feel like it did. Fairly easy to peel and reposition. fingers crossed that everything sticks and no corners come up, but it’s already a thousand times nicer than the 70 year old beige splotchy tile that was there since the house was built :P ignore the ugly bit at the base of the walls, I haven’t put the new black baseboard strip thingies on yet. The second pic with my toes in yellow shoes is just the tile laid out, not stuck down, so it still has the backing paper, just to see how it looks. Update, two days later. I had one or two try to lift up at the corners, but I peeled them back a little and applied liquid nails. I really love how nice they look mixed and matched. Review: READ BEFORE YOU BUY THIS - Soooo here’s the thing - THIS DOES NOT LINE UP as it should and for me to see how this price went from $23 to almost $45 ITS FOR DARN SURE NOT WORTH IT!!!! When I say I was struggling to make this work it was a task - let me also say the pieces aren’t staying down you will need some extra FLOOR adhesive don’t go using no adhesive spray that didn’t work for this either I wish I had of read some of the other reviews in full before I bought but I was sooooo in love with the design What I did was add contact paper on my original floors first because I know this is temporary But one things for certain and the other to hold true is that this here brand ain’t worth your hard earned dollar. I did purchase 3 packs and because of the uneven lines I used ALL OF IT and please don’t think it’s my floor Even using a 4 pieces SIDE BY SIDE it didn’t line up so it’s definitely the product! If I could give this a half star I would 😒 ## Features - Retro Vinyl Tiles: Refresh your home for a low cost and no hassle with the Retro Vinyl Floor Tiles. I placed them on existing tiles very easy to use. I was worried about cutting the tiles so I purchased a heavy duty paper cutter and the goo product to wipe the blade. Definitely recommend if you are on a budget!!! ## Frequently Bought Together - Retro Self Adhesive 12-Inch Vinyl Floor Tiles, 20 Tiles - 12" x 12", Prism Marble Pattern - Peel & Stick, DIY Flooring for Kitchen, Dining Room, Bedrooms & Bathrooms by Achim Home Decor - White Caulk Tape for Bath & Kitchen,Caulking Tape for Bathroom Caulking White Self Adhesive Caulk Strip, tub Surround,Toilet Bowl Stick on Gel,Kitchen Countertop (1.5in x 10.5ft) - Art3d Smoothing Tool Kit for Applying Peel and Stick Wallpaper, Vinyl Backsplash Tile --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/207667198-retro-self-adhesive-12-inch-vinyl-floor-tiles-20-tiles](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/207667198-retro-self-adhesive-12-inch-vinyl-floor-tiles-20-tiles) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
