This product has truly changed my digestion. I was diagnosed with Neuro Endocrine Cancer. I have had 4 different surgeries, to remove tumors, which basically took almost the entirety of my small bowel (small intestine) out. Continued with several treatments such as chemotherapy, therapeutics and aggressive medicines. Bottom line is that I had to learn to live with severe diarrhea. I continue to take several other products to curtail the effects of this type of digestion. By continuing my own research to alleviate this condition, I found this product which I had not used before. Upon reviewing this product in detail I decided to try it out. After 90 days (2 capsules-a-day) it changed my routine and provided a notable improvement in my digestion that I had never felt before. I was also worried about the possible side effects that could have affected me because of all the other medicines (non OTC) which I have to take but, I have had no side effects whatsoever. I have also eliminated most of the digestion OTC medicines I was taking before. I will continue taking taking this product and I do recommend it without hesitation.

I suffer from opioid induced constipation for more than 10 yrs. From the very 1st time I took Purely Optimal Digestive Enzymes, I could feel it start to work. Bloating started going down and I could feel the urge to use the toilet!! The only thing I didn't like was that the product in the pic on Amazon shows San Jose CA as where it's made but product I received says Seattle WA. Also, product on Amazon shows the specific probiotic strains used but product I received dose not. This concerns me greatly. It's hard to trust this company when product purchased isn't as described on Amazon. Overall, I recommend but still going to head a warning about possible scam????

It has been over 4 weeks that I have started using Digestive enzymes with pre and probiotics from Purely Optimal. First few days, it will take time to adjust it to your system. May cause a little bloating. However, the results are MUCH MORE than GREAT! I love it because it has made my gut biome healthy. Diseases spring from bad habits of consuming food, and it starts from your stomach, gut, intestines first. It is imperative that we eat healthy food. In addition to this, this enzyme complex helps a great deal with digestion and absorption of food. I do not feel bloated, my foods are digested easily, and I can feel my gut flora improving. First I started with 1 capsule 20 mins before meal. After a few days, bloating subsided. It made me have a smooth bowel movement too. Cannot believe it really worked! Thank you for this product!

I started having digestive system issues (i.e. constipation, abdominal pains, bloated feeling, etc) at an early age that became worse as I grew older. I went to many gastroenterologists who would give conflicting diagnoses and prescribe medicines to temporarily relieve the symptoms, but not provide long lasting treatment. I received the item on January 25, 2021 and I started taking them the same day. It's been 16 days and so far I have not had any abdominal pains, bloatedness, and constipation. I am very happy with this product because it works!

Please note my review is not a substitute for proper physicians or gastroenterologist care. I purchased this product as a substitute for another 5 star Amazon recommended brand only because stock for that one ran out. That said, I found it to be quite potent being it had more digestive enzymes and probiotic microrganisms varieties listed than the previous brand. This brand will handle gut constipation, irregularity, chronic inflammation, and other digestive descrepancies very well, clean you out with good sized bowel movements, as well as promote a feeling of bloating, gas, and other "weighted down" relief. You take two pills 30min before a meal for optimal benefits. For me 2 per day did great wonders, and do not overdose on these as too much will cause gut pain and discomfort, as I found out. Take as directed and give it time to work as the probiotic strains and colonies need to grow and buildup in your intestines if you haven't had proper gut microbiome for a long time. Expect good results within 5 to 10 days of proper use and keep your doctor abreast of your progress and use.

After years of digestive problems, especially terrible and painful bloating I did some research and discovered broad spectrum enzymes may help. I looked at a lot of products here on Amazon, this one from Purely Optimal looked the best to me. Very natural, pre and pro biotics and more. I have been using it for ten days now and already feel better. I eat just until I am full, have more energy, get up earlier and the bloating (especially after lunch) has mostly gone away. I have also lost some stubborn weight gain that neither dieting or exercise had any effect on. I actually get hungry instead of always feeling full. Very pleased I discovered this product.
