The media could not be loaded.  These are absolutely the best cookie sheets I have ever owned. I have a drawer full of blackened, cheap cookie sheets that I use foil on. I don’t need them anymore! I didn’t even spray this to cook my bacon today and it just comes off like nothing. Everybody needs these! You will not be sorry to buy them and nobody paid me for this review. I just love them that much LOL

My wife and I make own two pizzas here at the house now that Papa Murphy's left our side of town. We spread the dough out in each pan and adding our favorite ingredients. My only past complaint was the old thin metal pizza pans we would use. When they got hot in the oven - Pow!! - the metal would warp and make a loud noise causing the pizza to cook unevenly. Then I found these babies on Amazon. A little expensive but they help make a Friday night hassle free and really do any home made pizza justice. No more store bought pizzas in our house with two of these Goodcook High tech metal pizza pans. I just can't say enough - but I will.

I ordered this to bake pizza. I didn't even try it because it says it's good up to 450 degrees--pizza bakes at 450-500 degrees. I, personally, would never try baking something at the maximum temperature allowed.Emailed company. No response.

I really like this bakeware set! It is heavy and durable and really produces a nice even bake. The old baking set I used was hard to clean and flimsy, and would leave me with scorched and overall unevenly cooked food. From bacon, to muffins, to banana bread- everything I have made on this bakeware set has come out evenly baked and is a breeze to clean. Super happy to donate my old set to a thrift store and enjoy this nice set!

Works beautifully for about a year. Now, *everything* sticks to it; and it needs a parchment liner.And yes, I washed it by hand and used only nonstick cooking tools with it.

Recently purchased a toaster/air fryer/convection oven and have been using it almost exclusively to save propane costs and for convenience. This pan is a nice heavy weight and fits perfectly in the oven. I've found I use it for almost everything I cook in that oven. Things do not tend to stick to the pan and it cleans up beautifully.

I made a mistake an ordered the larger (16 inch) pan and am soooo happy I did. It's easier to get the pizza (or calzone) off, although the rough, non-stick surface makes cooking, cutting and serving a snap. I actually use a disc pizza cutter right in the pan and it hasn't damaged it at all. I'm getting another one for my Florida condo and throwing out my small, regular pizza pan.

My old pizza pan was a pain to clean. The pizza slides right off of this! Rinsed off the grease that spilled when I moved the pizza to a cutting board in a second. It is sturdy as well. Am now looking for smaller pans made by them for the kid's pizzas. I highly recommend it!

Love thm, good quality, heavy but not to heavy and would recommend highly
