Easy to put together. Seat is a little hard but in all honesty that suits me rather than being to squishy. Only problem I found with this chair and it’s totally my fault for not reading it properly is that there is no handle to recline so I assume you push the back yourself and the front flips out. Otherwise great for the money

Positives first product arrived very quickly about a week earlier than expected which was great. The chair looks nice and fits in wellNegatives, the seat is very hard, in time I hope it soften but at first it is uncomfortable. The arm rests are not very plump which means they are low and don't offer much support.There was no instructions although it is pretty easy to work out how it goes together and didn't take long to build.I was also unsure as to if this is a new product or a reconditioned product the box even looked like it had been resealed. There were a few scratches around the brass mechanism where the screws go as if it had been worked at and at least one of the screws appeared to be quite warm down and was hard to fit because it had lost its initial shape but I managed.

I've had this chair for just over 1 year and it has been very temperamental, some times the massage on the feet work , mostly not .The mechanism has never worked properly, you need to pull the back rest at the same time as putting the foot bit down witch is very difficult without help from a second personGood points, it was not to expensive but then again I could of got a armchair as I haven't been able to use the recliner part

Very disappointed arrived on time BUT NO BACK REST or ARM REST SUPPORTS no bolts ,no nuts or screws .matter now resolved I want told it would come in 2 packages second one came the following day VERY PLEASED
