Well packaged. I appreciate the protective plastic wrap on the bottles for safe handling. Bead lye is so much easier to work with, dissolves much better than flake, and safer than the powder. Sealed well and the bulk price is competitive. Excellent customer service cannot be overstated! A neighbor mistakenly took my package, I thought it was stolen and reached out to Belle for a replacement. My package ended up being returned so no remedy needed but I really appreciate the quick response and willingness to refund/replace without much back and forth. I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

I used this for DIY Christmas-themed handmade soap. It worked really well, and the soaps turned out great. Of course, part of the success comes from my own skills, but having high-quality ingredients definitely made a big difference.

Good quality, nice size. All bottles sealed, have made a few batches of soap, functions as it should. I mix it outside to be safe from the reaction. Used a few times for drains, cleans them out good.
