A Liposome Delivery System is a microscopic bubble (coating) made from layers of phospholipids. These can be both liquids and powders. Our Liposomes are freeze-dried, a process which removes moisture at freezing temperature to preserve the potency of the active ingredients. So to answer your question, this is a liposome and just as effective as liquid forms. That being said, we also have a liquid version available.
