After using for 3 years i am writing a review. Its a good belt with good a cost .

Perfect size, best quality, blindly go for it 👌

Just go for one size bigger. My 34 waist fits in M but barely. Other than that, this is genuine leather, the thickness is good and so is the breadth. Provides optimum support. And will last longer than the suede leather ones. So, dont mind paying about a 100 rs more and go for this. This is perfect for powerlifting and general gym. However, if you are into olympic weight lifting, then go for the ones which are tapered towards the front. This is better for power lifting and gymming. Those are probably better for explosive movements.

I love the quality of this belt

A decent belt for weightlifting, with optimum thickness. Provides good support and aid to the lower back while lifting the most heaviest weights , during deadlifts, squats, etc. Highly recommend it for beginners! Also value for money

As per size chart M is for waist 32 to 34 but M is tight even for 32,Quality is good but as size chart is wrong even after replacement also got the same size

Does the desired job..strong support and durable. Value for money.

Look using this product for many month its really good at this price point. Its give you strength and stability but buy it and it would be great for 6,7 month then it may get damaged. So not for long time use that's i can say for sure. But at this price point its really great
