What size should I get? 36-38DD, 180#, 5’4”

I’m also a 38DD, am 5’3 and weigh 155 lbs. I ordered a size Large and it fit perfect! But I found the material was very heavy for the summer for me. I put it away until it’s cooler and will layer it.

Can you wear a conventional bra with this tank and not have the straps show?

It depends on your bra and shoulder width. I've been wearing regular bra (36C) with these tops and have had luck by pushing straps inward to conceal . They stay concealed for the most part but may need occasional adjusting with rigorous activity. Other than that- This is a great tank top. Very soft with a slinky feel to it. Long enough to completely cover hips (I'm 5'6") and stays down without riding up. At $18 it's a little steep for a tank top. I place it's fair market value at $15 or less.

How are they measureing bust? I can usually wear a small or medium, but the sizing has me confused. bra size 34B, which size should I order?
