Broken after 1 month
I wanted product support, but there is no help. Broken after 1 month!

Works, but made with cheap plastic
We use this machine daily, so it gets a good workout. We had a frucosol before, but became hard to get parts for. This one is made with a cheap, brittle plastic that breaks much easier than the plastic on the Frucosol or Zumex machine. Some of the parts you can replace with the equivalent Zumex pieces, but some you cannot. I would not recommend buying this machine. The broken parts are too frequent and result in not being able to use it.
