Roof Rack Cross Bars for 2018-2026 Ford Expedition/2018-2024 Navigator

These roof rack crossbars exceeded my expectations. I used them to transport my kayaks on a four-hour trip, driving around 70 mph the whole way, and they held up flawlessly. The kayaks stayed completely secure the entire time—no shifting or loosening at all. One really thoughtful feature is that the set comes with two different sizes of screws. When I first installed the longer screws, the weight of the kayaks caused a bit of pressure against the roof. I switched to the shorter screws, and that completely fixed the issue. The flexibility to make that adjustment made all the difference. Overall, these crossbars are solid, easy to install, and perfect for long-distance travel with heavier gear. I’m very impressed with the quality and performance—definitely a 5-star product!

Purchased to install on rental car (Ford Expedition) for cross country trip. Easy to install and remove without marring car. Hex screws are better placed with hex/socket wrench. Almost impossible to tighten Torx screws (underneath when bars secured) which attach crossbars to end pieces so do this before placing on roof. Width was slightly short (as others describe) but able to secure with screws and tighten. If there was a bit more width adjustment it would have fit perfectly. Sturdy - I placed a car-top box on the cross bars with about 120 pounds of duffels. Drove 2,500 miles with no issues.

Fit perfectly onto my 2022 ford expedition. Took me less than an hour to install, ease of installation was great. Time will tell about the durability of the crossbars but they seem pretty sturdy and built well.

Perfect fit on my 2021 Expedition and supported roof carrier well. High enough to clear glass roof, but not too high.

Item is too short, even with one adjustable/extendable side (a quarter inch on the front and over an inch on the back) and not in fact compatible with 2023 expedition. Bad quality. Poor Q/A. AWFUL documentation (the item itself does not look like the item in the docs, and the documentation is extremely poorly written/made, with incorrect instructions). All around an awful product. Buy something else!

The arms connecting to the luggage racks add an addition couple inches of height.

These fit perfectly and look great on our 2022 Ford Expedition Max. The one thing that took me a little while to figure out is where to mount them. The factory side rails of the Expedition has three mounting locations. The very simple instructions for these crossbars showed the bars being mounted on the furthest forward and furthest backward mounting locations. This would be a 50"+ spread...way too far apart for a Yakima Skybox, sky rack or really anything other than 10' 2x4s. I ended up mounting on the rear two mounting locations, which will put our skybox mostly behind the sunroof.
