Do these fit in all three locations on the factory rails?

It does (sort of). When you connect the cross bars they are a bit short but the screws are long enough to reach and when you tighten it pulls the roof rails towards the cross bar. It works well enough for me the use them but it’s not perfect

Are the bars supposed to slide around in the connectors?

No, the factory rails going the length of the vehicle have three sets of mounting holes towards the inside. They bolt in to those factory holes

Will these also work on the 2020 Lincon Navigator?
