I absolutely love this case.First off, the image print is perfect. I provided a medium resolution image captured from a video game and it still printed very clearly and sharp. It seems like it's some sort of vinyl laminate printing, something durable and heat treated. The print doesn't appear cheap nor easily ruined.The only issue I have is that the image for the LG ThinQ phones are printed on the outside of the case while the cases for Samsung and iPhones are printed on the inside. That would ensure a long lasting and fade/scuff resistant image.It's so nice looking though that it seems worth the sacrifice. I will revisit this review in a few months, after some pocket-wear and see how the image holds up.The case itself is crystal clear, has a soft, pliable feeling but the edges are solid and the corners are thicker and harder. It feels like it would handle an impact very well.The button bevels are nicely raised, easy to find with finger feel. There are intentionally rough patches on either side to assist with grip. The cuts for the camera, fingerprint sensor and other ports are smooth and perfectly sized. It fits my LG V40 snugly.It feels that the phone is well protected even though the case is very slim and low profile.I've already recommended this to friends and family because for the quality and customization, the price really makes it unbeatable.***UPDATE***I've had this case for over a month now. My phone goes in and out of my pocket which usually has keys, pocket knives and other things which could damage the case. It also gets slid around my desk a lot. Basically, I sort of abuse it. There are NO signs of wearing. I recommend this case even more now.

i got this product yesterday, i opened the package and the to part was already kinda peeling. I thought it was fine, cause I could put mod podge on it. I couldn't find the mod podge, but I did have paint protector. I put that on, and it immediately started peeling even more. I don't know what weird chemistry that was, but I wouldn't buy it expecting it to be good. The phone case is. fine. there's nothing wrong with the actual case, but the design doesn't stay on.

This product came out better than I thought it would come out. My son loves sonic and we decided to put a image of it on the case. If a teen that drops his phone ever two seconds and his phone still is in good condition, you know the case works well. The case is all not very thick which works great because it still fit in your pocket and in narrow places. 100 percent recommend. Also the image on the case was so clear and bright. I will be buying another case from them again.

Love, love, love that I finally found a case I could customize! The one thing I wish was that when I was ordering it that they would show a preview of what it will look like so I could have chosen a different saying. Over all I love it!

Thank you... I really love my phone case. My mommy died last year on Feb 5th, 2020 from Heart Failure and I miss her more and more everyday. Now because of my phone case which is a great value for the money I paid I can carry her with me everywhere I go.

The picture is clear and it is what I wanted however I was under the impression it was a hard plastic case. Thats my only wish is it was a hard plastic for better protection but I cant complain for the price with it being customized.
