The product is amazing. Its a beautiful artisan piece. My only problem is that I payed for the premium model and got a cheaper model than what I payed for. There was a letter that stated that a Gift card was included to cover the difference, but it was none inside. However the product ia still very nice

I bought a tagine when I was in Morroco 4 years ago. I've been using it several times a week and finally, its bottom cracked. RIP. Job well done for 4 yrs. So I was looking for a replacement and found this one. I did my prep routine with olive oil, onion, and rosemary, and left them sit in tagine for a day. Yesterday, I made a lamb tagine dish and noticed two major problems... 1) the lid doesn't sit tight on the bottom, meaning the fish will lose flavor and moisture, the whole point of slow cooking in tagine .... 2) I was hand washing it the next day with just hot water... And the bottom was cracked... So disappointed. I only used it once... I'm not sure if I did something wrong. But this is not my first time using a tagine pot. I'm gonna have to get another one that is not just pretty but functional...

Easy to use and when using low to mid range heat, meals have moist proteins and all vegetables and starches maintain their color and freshness. I truly enjoy both the cooking and the meal.

I received it today and it is so beautiful, I cannot wait to use it! They packaged it VERY well so it was not damaged.

When I took the tagine pot out of the packaging it literally took my breath away. It is so beautiful. The hours that must have gone into creating this tagine must be staggering. Thank you for all your hard work in creating this wonderful tagine. I must say that it is a lot smaller than I thought it would be and that's why it's only 4 stars. I usually cook chicken thighs and I might be able to fit three flat onto the bottom of the tagine, Hopefully those on top will cook up just as good as the ones on the bottom. All I can say is I cannot wait to use it. BCAngel56

Purchased late 2022 however have only used it four times as we continue to use a Creuset for our family Moroccan food night. Tonight I was about to cook a new lamb recipe for my wife and I only to find that the base is cracked. We followed the directions on prepping the tagine, cooked each meal on low heat and have only used it on four occasions. The tagine is the the only cooking utensil allowed on display in the kitchen as we prize cooking with this unique item. Very disappointed in the longevity of the product. November 2023 Update. I am extremely disappointed that neither Amazon or the supplier Kamsah failed to follow up on my review. The fact that we used it only four times before becoming unusable justified a response. As a power purchaser from Amazon i find that to be unacceptable and may justify cancellation of my account. As for the supplier, I believe that a response should have received in order that they can improve on product control. I was extremely careful in following the directions, purchased the required diffuser and undertook great care to utilize the product. Do not buy this product.
