This is a nice shoe bench, perfect size for our entry hall. Just a bit deeper than a pair of shoes, long enough for 4 pairs on the bottom shelf. A nice cushioned top to sit on while tying shoes. The lift top has additional storage for more shoes, hats, gloves, etc. The first few steps of assembly weren’t too hard, just have to be sure the parts are going together in the right direction… The back panel was awful to install, no pre drilled holes. I had to use a tiny drill to start the holes for the very small screws. I was considering leaving the back panel off, but the shoes would have pushed up against the wall. The hinges and braces were also difficult, requiring an extra person to assist. Some of these screws were difficult to access with a power driver. But, after assembly, we are very pleased with it!

I let the previous reviews scare me in regards to assembly but decided to give it a go and I’m glad I did. This is one of the easiest things I have put together and I’ve put a lot of stuff together. First, in regards to the feet being loose, that’s not the case. They need to be tightened completely so they don’t spin. The backboard on the unit itself does not have pre drilled holes however, they are not needed! All 22 screws went in no problem, no drill holes needed. You do not need a drill for this. Just a Philips head screwdriver will do the trick. This took me about an hour to put together and it’s nice and sturdy. Both my children sat on it to test it out and it holds up well. We are using this for a bench seat/storage in our small kitchen. The cushioned seat is comfortable and my favorite thing is the zippered cushion! You can take it off and throw it in the washer when it gets dirty. I love the hinged top, plenty of storage. And, we got this for a steal! We paid less than $80 for it so the value is there as well. I would recommend this bench to anyone looking to save some space and add some nice looking furniture to their area. Happy with the way this bench performs!

The piece fits perfectly beneath my standing desk. Now, when I'm sitting, I can prop my feet up. I'm going to jazz it up a bit, as it is incredibly plain, but the bottom cubbies were perfect for my printer and marker holder. I did leave off the cardboard back to be able to run the wire for the printer. I left off one star because the hinges were a nightmare. The instructions are only pictures, which was 99% fine, until it came time to install the hinges. What's hilarious is that their product page on their website says support is available 24/7/5 days per week, yet if you call, they're only open 9-4 PST, which is entirely during my working shifts. On to a useful tidbit for those struggling with the hinges(sorry I didn't take pictures to help explain). The 3 hinges with the round piece did not want to remain attached to the bottom piece once all the hinges were screwed in and you tried to open and close the lid. To get them back together, look to the two larger screws that attach the top and bottom parts of the hinges together; ignore the screws securing them to the boards. Remove the bottom screws. You can only work on one hinge at a time, but pull the top part of the hinge back down and push lid manually to align. The top screw of these pieces is notched at the back to hook behind the U cutout and allow the screw to slide up and down. Once it's hooked into the U, the bottom U cutout should align so you can screw in the bottom screw TIGHT. Once all 3 are holding, you'll need to screw the top screws counterclockwise until you can't anymore. These will align the lid to the back of the unit, and you will see the hinges loosen their tension.

I was hesitant to think this would be as nice as it shows in the pics for the price. I was wrong! I get compliments on it all the time. Love the cubby on top to hide shoes. We have the kids throw them in there after school and that’s much easier then trying to get them to put away on the bottom. Super sturdy and easy to put together.

Great storage bench for a reasonable price. Took a while to put together, especially the hinged part, but it works well and hides our bedsheets and other random things that don't have space in the closet. Holds at least 300lbs as my partner and I have sat on it at the same time. Top cushion is velcroed on so it won't slide off and the cushion itself has a cover that can be removed and washed. Great for any age. Pros: -sturdy -simple and clean style -decent storage -cushion can be cleaned, has Velcro to keep it from sliding Cons: -assembly was not easy and you will either need a power drill or considerable strength. The hinges will likely need to be adjusted, which is not in the assembly instructions. The hinges will have two components that can be adjusted by unscrewing the screws already found on the hinges. You should NOT have to drill extra holes if you correctly adjust the hinges. It is not the easiest task, but worth it if you are a little handy.

This is a great find and fits my narrow space perfectly. Best of all, it holds quite a bit--I can store shoes both inside the bench and on the bottom shelf. Assembly is solid--no shortcuts on the hardware--all high quality, which is impressive for the reasonable price. Docking it a star on assembly as the hinges are a bit challenging to get correct but again, the hardware is high-quality.

This does look nice, but it was difficult to assemble. The steps aren’t hard to follow, but I feel like all of the pieces didn’t align properly. It does open and close, but because the pieces didn’t all fit properly I don’t open and close it very often. I haven’t washed sat on it to put my shoes on and there are no issues with that. The Velcro cover is okay, but I didn’t love the look of it, so I put a blanket over it. It fits 2 adult pairs of shoes in each of the bottom slots (4 total), but you could stack them if you wanted to. Overall, it’s not the best quality, but it looks nice.

Very useful for me putting away my sweaters. Getting older and it's real nice to sit down and either put on it take off my boots at the door 😁

Queda muy bien y se ve resistente . En la parte de arriba no caben zapatos del #11 (talla americana) a lo mucho talla #7 en la parte de abajo si caben los # 11 máximo #12. Algunas piezas no viene marcadas y si se tarda un poco para armarse , por la parte trasera del mueble forzosamente se requiere un taladro. Mi única queja es que la paqueteria de paquetexpress tuvo retenido el paquete 3 días en origen y otros 2 en destino más lo que se tardo en recolectar el paquete en proovedor según llegaría el 1 de diciembre y ,mejor fui yo a la paqueteria el 8 de diciembre a recogerlo.

What a perfect small bench! I didn’t want one that was too deep and took up too much more of the room. And this is perfect. Easy to put together by myself. Feels very solid. I like that the bench lid doesn’t have the wood edges on it to hold the cushion as my daughter likes to lay on it. I don’t love the Velcro stickers to keep the cushion in place but without the edges you have to have them! I think the cover should still be easily washed. The shelves and the storage in the lid is great for all the things you need.

Es super práctico, se arma muy fácil, las instrucciones vienen muy bien descritas en el manual y el material se ve muy resistente, tiene muy buena capacidad de almacenaje tanto abajo como arriba en el espacio del banco. Y no está nada estorboso.

Beau coffre pour entrée, beaucoup d'espace de rangement sous le siège, attention au montage, mélamine assez fragile. Coussin mince. Nous y avons rajouter 4 paniers pour plus de commodité !
