Burner for carnitas heaven
Probably the most sturdy burner I've seen. It's awesome! 50 lbs of fried pork over 3 hours no problem. Got a cazo? You like carnitas? Get this!

Heats Quickly
We used this with a 100 qt pot for a crawfish boil and it heated each batch really quickly including the initial boil. We were very satisfied with how well it worked.

Great product! We had issues but it was user error.
I bought this burner for Thanksgiving and went to use it but thought it was defective -- but after trying again, we discovered it was probably user error. The first time, it did not give a very big flame -- in fact, it was impossible to heat 3 gallons of oil to 350 degrees, it just took forever. After retrying, I found that the connection to the tank did not seat right, and after a couple times of disconnecting and reconnecting, I got a much bigger flow of propane and an impressive flame. We are looking forward to trying it again.
